I´ve got a problem i installed everything correct. I assigned the Buttons for my saitek but nothing happens in FSX!

Welcome to the LINDA. As mentioned in the release notes there is no guarantee that the Saitek code will work with more sophisticated aircraft, like the PMDG737, that do not conform to the standard FSX definition. Try your default Saitek set up with one of the default aircraft like the C172 or Beechcraft B58.

 

To make the set up work with the PMDG737 you need to identify the on and off functions for the Switch in the PMDG737 module (for example the Battery_On and Battery_Off). You need to assign the on function to the OnPress action and the off function to the OnRelease action.
