Navigraph Database update Repeats

I recently installed the Phenom 300 and the Navigraph Database repeats loading each time the aircraft is selected.

It says it will only load once ????

Is there a way to maintain the database so I don't have to wait each time?

Also any interruption (such as loading a FSX plan) cancels the database load.

Any Ideas???
