Missing/disappearing textures defeated at last!!! :D

Like some other people here, I've been experiencing the annoying phenomenon of deteriorating/missing textures, of both a/c and scenery. It usually happened after FS2004 had been running for some time, and required a complete system reboot.I tried just about everything to no avail (AGP aperture size, AGP speed, video-drivers and/or DirectX reinstall/change to different versions, memory/CPU management options, etc).Then I think I finally found a solution:.Install Ati Tray Tools (Google to find them).Enter its "Standard Tweaks" menu.UNCHECK "Fast Z Clear Enable" and "Z Mask Enable".CHECK "Z Top Disable"(Maybe just one of the 3 is the significant one, but I haven't experimented yet)After doing that, my textures came back and everything seemed to work fine, although I have to experiment further to be 100% certain of it;Hope it works for you too!Marco
