Request to add Decision Height and Decision Altitude to SDK

Hi,

Could you please add the Decision Height and Decision Altitude values (data read and command write) to the SDK? It appears PMDG uses its own variables for that so that addons cannot set the DH.

In particular, Multi Crew Experience cannot implement the voice command to set a DH for the 737NGX (they do for all other aircraft that use the exported FSX variable).
