Do I need something else with it, I see some people has it with UT,or will it be all right by it self, or do I need UT or like. (and again still no update on the CS site)

UT is a great compliment to it, things will look best with UT, BEV and a good 38m mesh (I use FSGenesis). But no, BEV does not require any other addon and you will still see an improvment.
