April 19, 201610 yr Hello, First, let me thank you for this wonderful tool ! The installation tool is simple and the general settings explanations are clear. I've got the FCU (Airbus) from VRinsight and everything works fine with the modules for the PMDG 737NGX and A31X / A32X of Aerosoft. But it does not work at all with the PMDG 777 ...! Are all the modules, at least the 1 above, are compatible with the FCU VRinsight ? Should I make some adjustments, and if so which one ? I have not seen any explanation on that point. Can you tell me where to find this information? Finally, is it possible that either indicate in the comments module compatibility with different MCP1 & 2 and / or TCU? Thanks in advance, Sincerely, PS : sorry for my english ... I'm french

Thanks in advance, Sincerely, PS : sorry for my english ... I'm french Hi Lonesomepilot I have moved your question to the Support sub-forum. The VRInsight Airbus FCU (referred to in LINDA as MCP2a) is very much a specialist item aimed at Airbus simulator pilots. Adding the MCP2a to LINDA was my first contribution to the project and aimed at the Aerosoft Airbus X and the latest A318/319/320/321 aircraft. I have also adapted the PMDG737NGX and Majestic DH8 Q400 modules and am looking at releasing the A2A C172 and A182 modules soon. I have no plans to buy the PMDG777 aircraft in order to adapt its module. For users to adapt other modules the quickest option is to make your own edits of the aircraft's actions.lua file (located in /modules/Linda/aircrafts/{your aircraft}) and to ensure that a config-mcp2a.lua exists in the Linda-cfg/aircrafts/{your aircraft} folder. The latter is created automatically when the assignment to the MCP2a are made. In the actions.lua file you will find IF-THEN statements referring to MCP2. Normally you can just add. "and _Mcp2a()" to those lines. For example, "if _MCP2() or _MCP2a() then". I hope that helps you. April 26, 201610 yr Author Hello Donor, First, thank you for your rapidity to respond. Also thank you for the quality of your answer. I can confirm that your settings work great for airbus aerosoft and the PMDG 737. I have also successfully applied your advice for setting the PMDG 777. I look forward to your next delivery !! Two issues WILCO Airbus and Airbus PROJECT: - the configuration available for WILCO Airbus seems only compatible with the MCP1 and I have not found MCP2 in action.lua file ... Do you have any tracks to make it compatible? - Is there a configuration for Airbus Project? Thanks again, Good job !
April 26, 201610 yr Hi Lonesomepilot My handle is Scotflieger - I just donate to AVSIM for the platform that supports our forum. I am pleased that you have the 777 working for you. When have completed the changes I would ask you to email me a copy and I will get it published. The default Airbus is from Aerosoft mainly due to the extensive SDK. I have no plans to look at other models.
