as u may know there is numlock keys with assiciate default camera position for example num 4 as cockpit view,

how can  i  change this default position permantely?

If you want to change the position of the camera for a specific numlock key, set the view to the position you want to store, then press CTRL + the specific numlock key. Now, that numlock key should have stored the new camera position you set.
