P3D V3.2 Vpilot CTD

Hello everyone,

I have recently installed P3D V3.2 and have had constant CTD with Vpilot.  I have confirmed that P3D works fine, but when I start Vpilot and try to do a model matching test, P3D freezes up and stops responding.  Upon closing the program and looking at the error, it appears to be an apphangb1 error, which does not tell me much.  THis only happens when Vpilot cannot load a model from the model matching rule.  I have the IVAO MTL and old IVAO vmr rules from a previous install, but when trying to run a model match test, P3D crashes.  I have tried multiple rule sets, including a custom one from VMR generator, but all fail.  How do I fix this?
