Hiim having problem holding correct speeds using the Default Aircraft Autothrottle(737).Im using Fspassengers ,does the autothrottle work or is it faulty??.without warning it goes from 235knts to overspeed in 10secs.by the time ive switched it to manual,its too late.i will also post this on Fspassengers forum..although it's probably FS9 problem.this does happen on every flight thanks steve

Auto/throttle works on the default Boeings. You have some sort of problem with yours. Try another default, maybe the default 747,,see if it works. If that works ok then something is wrong with your autopilot section in the aircraft.cfg for the 737.Try that then reply, maybe we can come up with something. Good luck.John

Hi johnits on all boeings..seems it can't handle wind changes..over compensates and just goes full throttle...causing overspeed.very frustrating when using FsPassengers.gets me a fine.doesn't matter how i try just can't get the autothrottle to work after the initial problem.on a long flight it's very awkward to use manual throttle.must be getting lazy in my old age!!! thanks steve
