The FireFighter X has been update to version 1.71

 

- Parameters for live fire data download are now fully configurable by the user or by downloading a config file. Unless NASA shuts down their FIRMS service completely, download filename issues are a thing of the past.

- While implementing this, an additional option to use MODIS data instead of VIIRS has been added.

- The application now includes a Fire Designer window where fires can be built and edited on a map

- Fires now have a timer function, so they no longer have to start at the same time. If this option is activated, you will only know that there will be a fire - but not when or where...
