Scenery and Mag offset

Hello all,

I have downloaded some beautiful free scenery, but I am forced to disable these scenery which cause a magnetic offset

That poses problem of magnetic offset, and which prevent the planes of the PMDG or LevelD and the other to fly by following their roads.

Once deactivated, everything is OK.

Is there a way to make them compatible? And resolve this problem
