Rudder trim won't stay centered

Hey guys,

 

I just installed the NGX to P3D and have only done a few flights with it on the new sim. When taxiing I noticed that my plane is pulling to the left a bit, so I checked the rudder trim, and sure enough it was set a couple degrees to the left. I switched it back to 0 but after maybe 1 minute it started to pull to the left again and I had to reset it again. Any idea on what's causing this?

You're right, one of my ezdok hotkeys was mysteriously mapped to rudder trim left. Thanks!
