METAR.rwx file, multiple airport references?

I wanted to save weather today in XPx so downloaded "real" weather in the sim then saved the METAR.rwx file. I noted about 18 references to the same airport (KDEN) in the file, some with the same METAR time stamp and some with other time stamps. Does anyone know how these multiple references work in XP for reading weather?
