I'm running the DX fixer on my steam version.

 

For some reason my FPS drops from over 70 in the default flight to 6 in full screen mode, If I switch to windowed mode my FPS is back to normal. Full screen and window mode work fine with DX9

 

Anyone with a similar issue or know of a fix? I detest windowed mode.

 

In Windows 7 you used to have to keep windows Aero from turning off for things to work properly but they removed aero from 10.

The problem seems to have corrected itself after I ran Nvidia inspector. I tried to isolate which setting it was and even reverted all NVI items back to defaults but couldn't duplicate the problem again.
