Do you remember your user name and password for the PMDG store? If so, all you have to do is to log into your account there, and you can re-download your product, and retrieve your activation serial number.

If you have never used the support system, you will need to click on the button marked "register" to open a support account. (It only takes a few moments). Once you have a user name and password, press the login button on the same page linked above, and submit a support request for a lost download link.
