Weird Network issue

Featured Replies

Hello all network geeks ....

kind of "out of options"

This is the situation

Got few NODS

  1. FSX-Rig Master where FSX installed
  2. FSX-Rig2 Got Widfs Simconnect for over the LAN apps ( both are functioning)

No access issues from FSX-Rig to any other NOD so outbound seems good

Though I can ping from any NOD to FSX-Rig and packets are going through I can't see FSX-Rig computer

I open Full Map, from FSX-Rig2 and I can see FSX-Rig but when moving the cursor  doesn't change it's shape to Hand, so obliviously something is wrong

So very limited inbound connection

  • Running WIN7 64Bit
  • Running TCP Over NetBios
  • Tried to disable Firewall

So there are some apps I can run like G-Map, or Air Manager (2D Panels over the network)

Any thoughts

Thanks in advance
