Recording In Sim, Nvidia ShadowPlay?

Hey guys, just curious what the best method to record in sim P3D with? I tried ShadowPlay but it doesn't portray as smooth as my sim actually is. I am getting easily 30fps plus at all times when I took this video but, the raw file or in YouTube it appears somewhat stuttery at times. 

 

Not sure why because in game it was butter. 

 

 

 

Is there something better to record with, or should I check a few settings on this?
