Hello all,

 

Does anyone have any experience of using SimDirector to create interactive lessons?

 

I am looking at putting together a course using the P3D Virtual Instructor function, but frankly I looked at the documentation and my brain nearly exploded. It looks very full-featured and useful, but I confess that to me as someone who knows rather more about flying than programming, I am really none the wiser as to where to start -- it seems entirely incomprehensible.

 

Any tips or suggestions? I am going to attempt the time-honoured method of simply diving in and playing around until something breaks and/or I get something usable initially, but if anyone can give me a leg up I would appreciate it and I am sure it will save me a lot of time!
