Problemi con ORBX

Sistema operativo: Windows 10 a 64 bit.

 
Ho installato Prep3d v3.4
 
Quando lancio OrbxFTXGlobalBASE140, all'interno della cartella Orbx non viene creata la cartella FTX_GLOBAL.
 
Quando lancio OrbxFTXGlobalVector140, all'interno della Orbx cartella \ FTX_VECTOR non vengono create le cartelle FTX_VECTOR_AEC e FTX_VECTOR_APT.
 
Ho provato anche a disinstallare manualmente, le cartelle Orbx create, e quindi reinstallare nuovamente il programma, ma il risultato è sempre lo stesso.
 
Come faccio perché creo?
