737 NGX

So I'm not sure if this is meant to be here but it is a PMDG plane so I am putting it here.

 

Firstly 

 

I bought the PMDG 737 800/900 NGX for FSX & FSX: SE off aerosoft, but I can’t use it on multiplayer but I have seen other people use it on multiplayer, asked them if it is working all ok and they said yes. and I was wondering if you could help me sort it out.

 

When I load up the aircraft on multiplayer, all the displays are off; I can’t click any buttons, the throttle is full thrust and the yoke is fully backwards and left.

 

Please help me fix this, I would buy more aerosoft products, but I am worried because I’m not sure if they all turn out like this.

Hi there,

 

In my early days with the pmdg 737800 I experienced the same..

 

My solution: First select the default 737800 and load it.. than go again to select aircraft and load the pmdg 737800

Do you have the simconnect files installed?
