P3D not rebuilding config file?

It has been a long time since I tried to rebuild the config file, today I decided to do so but when I started P3D the splash screen went on but hung up. I noticed that the task manager didn't show P3D either and the config file was partially rebuilt.

Has anyone here had a similar problem and got it fixed?
