  1. No it does not, I have been using in FSX-SE, when I got into P3D that was the first thing I tried, also I contact them and they don't have any development for P3D.
  2. Thanks downscc, what about addons that use the same location for FSX and P3D? Let say REX TD which I believe resides on C, wouldn't be a conflict?
  3. Are there any issues installing P3D on the same drive as FSX-SE? if so could P3D be installed on a separate partition? Thanks
  4. I am contemplating upgrade my I7 5960X to 6950X, I would like to hear from owners of this CPU that are using FSX-SE as their sim, what they think and what you had prior to it? Would be even better if you had the 5960X.
  5. His CPU is certainly locked, I would upgrade the video card to a 1080 from the 980 assuming you meant 980
  6. I remember seeing this before a while ago, back then I was using FSX boxed version and could read not fall but something else, since I upgraded to FSX-SE and DX10 haven't seen again.
  7. I know you can do that in window mode, but also you could adjust the zoom factor for each craft. I personally don't use the 3d VC as I have several modules including project magenta, goflight etc to operate the cockpit, I have posted several videos showing some of my set up. http://www.avsim.com/topic/494743-3-monitors-series-just-for-fun/
  8. Rob, I have been watching your great YouTube videos tutorials etc, I have a couple of questions if you can: 1 -On the Goflight Interface Too videos tut. l I noticed that you are using P3D Professional Plus, which I believe it allows you to run multiple instances of P3D on different PC, Is this correct? if so what your thoughts? 2 -Do you have any plans to make more videos tutorials on GFIT in the future? Thanks Rick Angelico
  9. uiautomationcore.dll is installed automatically with FSX-SE.
  10. 62C @ 4.2ghz is very good if you are using air cooling, with liquid cooling you could jack it up to @ least 4.6. I use to have an asus Rampage V xtreme but switched to X99 E WS as it is compatible with raid controllers and it has a lot more slots.
  11. have you considered FSX-SE? you won't regret, and it has better VAS management and other fixes.
  12. Until they come out with a VR glove so I can reach and operate my modules "yoke/landing gear/buttons and switches/ etc VR is out the question to me.

  14. No problems here, you do need to rebuild your profile though.
  15. 4500 lumens and a 3 chip I can't see anything better, anything less than 3000L would be like watching movies, when the sun shines with those projectors you will need shades.
  16. We are not a game although they mention flight simmers. Same here.
  17. I don't know if P3D benefits from it, but FSX and AA is to me a must.
  18. I can't figure it out how to fix this issue, there is a street light @ the end of the 2L- 2R runways on SBRJ that can only be seen at night, but is present and invisible during the day. I have turned that off once on FTX Central once but can remember and would love to see if can't be fixed? thanks in advance Rick
