Aircraft shadows only showing small cockpit block on ground when looking out the windows in VC

Using Prepard3D V3.4.

 

The aircraft shadows on the ground, when looking out the windows in VC, only show a small floating block, not the aircraft.

 

Does anyone know how to fix this please?

Default issue in P3D. It's how P3D renders the shadows. It doesn't recognize the external model - only the VC.

Okay, so nothing we can do?

Apart from submitting feedback to LM? No. Nothing we can do. Using the same methods, our model displays correctly in the VC in FSX.
