February 5, 20179 yr KBOS > EGLL, BAW212 about 300nm to go, maintenance based failures on x50. And wham - my first abnormal already! EICAS says: Bleed 3. Pulse rises. Following the QRH, Engine bleed switch to off. Message persists, NAI switch #3 to on. Message clears (presumably having NAI on relieves the high engine bleed pressure). Feeling pretty good, and like I earned my pay on this leg. Then 10 minutes later: wham. EICAS now says: Bleed 1. Dang if this thing ain't the millennium falcon. Follow the QRH and clear the abnormal in exactly the same way. I get the bucket of bolts down into Heathrow without further issue. My question about this highly realistic, heart pounding, and purely enjoyable flight is: were the two failures in some way related, or was it just random chance? Perhaps I damaged the engines, or incurred some sort of other damage which effected the eng 3 and eng 1 bleed pressure (although I've been very careful)? signal_runner PPL FSX (SP2), Active Sky Next,REX, Thrustmaster Warthog
