An issue PMDG with Prepar3D on flynow

Hi there,

 

I have Prepar3D and I did full install v3.4.22 also the PMDG 777 & 747-400 II when I shoes airplane 777 or 747 and airport and to start fly. The p3d crashed. can someone help me. Please!
