Captains Panel view missing - Please Help

   I have uninstalled Ezdok V1 and i appear to have lost the above view.

 

I can cycle through the cockpit views as normal using A but when i get to the captains view i just get a view of outside. The next click is the FO view.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled but no luck.

 

Please help.

I have tried an uninstall and re install. Still the same problem.

Did you ran EzeConfig after installation...?
