747 V3 No Callouts

First off let me confirm that I have went through the manual and fmc.  All of my PNF Callouts are turned to YES.  Also, all of my V-speeds, t/o, and approach callouts are YES.  The issue that I am having is I am not getting any callouts, from PNF or EGPWS.  Am I missing something or is a complete uninstall/install necessary?

Think it's a known problem, they stated somewhere that deleting "SoundDevice=" line in 747QOTSII_Options.ini resolves this as long as you don't change sound devices in the fmc.
You can locate it under PMDG > PMDG747QOTSII folder.
