Just Sim Hamburg - layering issue

Hi,

Recently I bought Just Sim EDDH-Hamburg and installed in under V3.35.
I do have a 'layering issue' (Don't know proper expression for it)
From cockpit and external views, the ground/taxi textures appear and disappear when changing view angle slightly.
I checked if AS EDDH still was active but that isn't the case.
Also I checked Orbx OpenLC airport elevation correction, but EDDH is not listed/available.

Anyone a clue?

P.S. I don't know which version of JS EDDH I have. I guess V1.0.
