Double payment

   E bought the 777-300 extension and paid by PayPal. But I messed up and could not find the download link. In a hurry I bought the same again and this time I got it, and I downloaded the extension. When I tried to recover the unused payment I got a message to contact the administration, but I still do not know how to do it. (It would be OK either return to PayPal or to get a credit on my account.)

To be blunt, this is the worst possible action that could be taken. Imagine if you'd done this with something like a $600 airline ticket...ouch. In the future, reach out to us first. Our support function is linked several times from our website (and in my signature, below).

Please submit a ticket using the system linked in my signature and we'll sort it out.
