Yes, i bought it. But still having problems to start the engine and when you set throttle ti idle, engine stops.  I guess it is a problem with PB13. Hope rwdesign brings an hotfix/ update soon.

Have you tried raising low and hi idle settings in planemaker? That seems to work for some aircraft.

In Plane Maker, if you go to standard, engine specs, you'll find settings for lo and hi idle adjustment. Try increasing those slowly and see if it helps. This is trial and error and credit goes to Paraffin for suggesting the modification. It did help with the PC-12 and the 206 from Carenado so maybe it does with the Otter.
