I am looking for a head track for xplane and p3d ,any recommend under 50 dollar good head track?

Try either FaceTrackNoIR or Opentrack:

http://facetracknoir.sourceforge.net/home/default.htm - not free but very inexpensive.

https://github.com/opentrack/opentrack (scroll down to the bottom of the page for information) - free!

Although I only use FSX, both are compatible with P3D and X-Plane and work well but FaceTrackNoIR has always seemed a little smoother for me. When used with the PointTracker tracker source (provded with both) they can be used with an easy-to-make LED hat/clip and a webcam. If you don't want to make it yourself, take a look at http://www.delanengineering.com/shop/#!/DelanClip-Gamer/p/43397050/category=0 which supplies everything you need to get going for a very reasonable price. You could also look at https://www.trackhat.org/shop-cfk4 which can, again, supply everything you need but is more expensive. Having watched TrackIR 5 being used, I would say that, when properly set up with an LED source, both FaceTrackNoIR and Opentrack work just as well for a fraction of the price.

Although some people also use FreeTrack, it's no longer being supported and hasn't been updated for some years. I tried it and found it quite jumpy with FSX. However, the site does have some useful information about how to make you own LED source - http://forum.free-track.net/index.php?showtopic=413. I made my own and bought a second-hand Playstation 3 Eye camera and the whole lot cost me the equivalent of about $18.
