Go to http://support.precisionmanuals.com/Main/ You'll have to create an account there (top right corner), as it's completely separate from your e-commerce account at PMDG. Once you submit your ticket, I'm sure they'll get you up and running soon. Walter Meier
March 25, 20179 yr Author Hi followed your instructions as above and created an account I thought - was told there was already an account in that name so Clicked on "Forgot your password" and was told I would receive an email to retreive my password No response for 24 hours now Cheers Lindsay
