Best thing you can do is Complain to EBay, perhaps they will pull this guys account. If he's listed POSKYXXXX in the listing, then Posky should be contacting EBay as well. I know it's a losing battle, but putting these clowns out of business would be nice.

Paul's advice is perfect. In addition, it is best not to publicly post the link (I have removed it). Email POSky with the link, but a public post of the link only gives hits--and attention--to the auction. Some pirates benefit from this indirect means of attracting viewers to their auction.-John

It's disgraceful, but, almost worse is that there are bound to be plenty of poor sods around who'll be foolish enough to fall for this crap and pay for it.....Won't they be upset when they read POSKY's read-me and see all the freeware notices etc....Trouble is, I suppose you can't really 'blame' them either, but you'd think a Google search would be simpler than trawling around Ebay if you want FS add-ons! That's what I did a few years back!
