April 8, 20179 yr Hello, I have had a number of PC crashes and due to that had to replace my unit. I have reinstalled P3D and am attempting to reinstall the PMDG737, but when I enter the license code I am receiving an error. I have contacted the PMDG support, but it is going on 2 days and I have herd nothing from them. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Stuart
April 8, 20179 yr Stuart, I'm afraid this activation issue can only be reset by PMDG. There's nothing your fellow users can do here in the forums. But I do have to ask: when you say you contacted PMDG Support are you saying you created an account there and started a support ticket. If so, I have no doubt someone will be with you shortly. If all you did was send an e-mail, then you won't hear back. The only way to effectively communicate with PMDG is through the support ticket system at http://support.precisionmanuals.com Good luck!
