IMAGINE SIM ZSPD shanghai scenery download error. need help

Hi guys , I just bought imagine sim zspd(shanghai pudong) , and it saids (put disc 1 or place it on another folder). what should I do? I've tried with p3d v3.4 , fsx steam edition, and also as administer for both. but the results are the same.

someone who have solved this problem or know , please help thank you.

Are you saying , have i tried what imagine sim support says?? if right, there was nothing mentioned about this kind of problem and i bought it from simmarket so i dont know they can help me with it.
