Carenado DO 228-100 v1.2 Flaps usage and Indications.

Dear:

I bought Carenado DO 228-100 on 23-April-2017.

1. I am looking for a full tutorial in pdf and SOP.

2. I found in the docs given by Carenado that the flap positions are; UP, 1, 2 and DOWN. But I see UP, a position just below UP, 1 and 2. I don't see DOWN clearly. Is that correct?

3. What flap position is used for take off from a long runway? And what flap position for landing in a long runway?
