Mouse cursor won't hide when using MB to Pan & Tilt

Hi all,

In P3D my mouse cursor will hide when it's idle for a few seconds, but it does not hide when I am holding MB to Pan & Tilt (it used to in all previous versions of ChasePlane).

I have this problem in both non-Experimental and Experimental version. I've tried all the fix in the sticky and still no luck. It's not a big deal but still very annoying.

We need to find a fix that works for everyone, until then, the cursor will remain visible.
