Can LINDA be aware of Pilot2ATC?

Hi all,

I was wondering if LINDA can determine if Pilot2ATC is also connected to FSX. I am keen to add a routine along these lines:

function PTT_button_pressed ()

   if Pilot2ATC is NOT running then

      toggle standard FSX ATC window

   end -- otherwise do nothing because Pilot2ATC is listening

end

This is not urgent, because it takes little time to disable the control within LINDA, but it would be cool to get this going.
