Toposim - site issues

Hello,

Does anyone know if Toposim is having problems.  I was hoping to take advantage of the FSW toposim  products.

I can't seem to login or I can't reset my password.  Justin - you there??

Hi Ron,

Not aware of any problems.  Are you logging in and changing password from My Account at Toposim Distrbution Center?

Yes i used the my account on totpsim.net/distrib.  Usinf chrome.

I try to register and get email already used.  I try to reset password and email sent - I have waited over night from last night - still no email.

Your email from lists (at) toposim gets to me. so why not the password reset.  There is no error when I try to login . no password wrong or userid wrong nothing.

Ok thanks for reporting.  Looking into it.  I'll figure out a workaround in the meantime until I figure out what the issue is. Of course I assume you've checked your junk mail folder . . .
