Beta 7.3 Fatal Error on FSX:SE

Hello...I had the previous beta version 7.2 that I uninstalled and then installed 7.3.  

I can't get it to work -- I get the fatal error message after starting VoxATC when in FSX.

The instrument panel and indexer installers are OK.

Voice setup works OK.

Windows voice recognition is in sleep mode.

I also have the UT2 bridge installed.

I'm using a Plantronics 648 headset.

Any ideas on how I can fix this please?
