Visualization only mode error

A quick Tutorial to Repair  "Visualization only mode" error In Prepar3D v3 and v4

A lot of the time Visualization mode can be caused by either a corrupt simobjects.cfg file or a corrupt VehicleFavorites.xml file

Both of these files are generated files and will generate again when you delete them,  The VehicleFavorites.xml file will generate again when you save a favourite vehicle  in the Prepar3D UI.  The simobjects.cfg file will generate again when you launch Prepar3D

Try this first.....

Right Click and delete the VehicleFavorites.xml file,  Launch Prepar3D and test

Location: Local Disk (C:) ► Users ► You ► AppData ► Roaming ► Lockheed Martin ► Prepar3D v4 -  VehicleFavorites.xml

==============

Try this next

Right Click and delete the simobjects.cfg file,   Launch Prepar3D and test

Location: Local Disk (C:) ►ProgramData ► Lockheed Martin ► Prepar3D v4 -   simobjects.cfg

I have put together a beginners Step by Step video to repair Visualisation mode

Its for Prepar3D v4 but its the very same for Prepar3D v3
