Problems in Chase Plane from a new user.

Hello Keven and all, I have had Chase Plane now for a few days and have been experimenting with it and really love it.  However I have compiled a list of problems I've been having.  I don't know if these have been addressed before as there's about a zillion posts so if I repeat any I beg forgiveness.

1. Sometimes when I change planes to one that I have not set up cameras on I cannot get the open ecs file menu, or any menu.  When I click on ALL or the other two nothing happens.  I have to shut down CP and restart it for it to work.

2. I use the hat switch to pan around both inside and outside.  Sometimes it won't pan, it tries to but doesn't it kind of wants to but for some reason won't.  So in this case I have to quite the sim completely and then it's ok.

3. Now some questions.

4. What is the difference between Global Enable & Global Disable?

5. I use the = sign and - sign for zooming in and out.  It's kind of ragged, not smooth.  How can I, if possible, make it so it's smoother when zooming in and out?
