Airports in v4

Hi Folks,

since I am now living in China I like to fly in this region. With the fast pace China is building new airports in the past 10 years a lot of them were missing in V3.

Did this change?

If not, is there another way how to add them? don't need fancy scenery, just a runway with ILS.

Anyone else who knows if the numbers of standard airports got increased with V4?
