PacSim KSLC question re:jetways.

I recently copied my PacSim KSLC to my Secondary HHD E Drive.  I now have it on P3Dv3 and P3Dv4.  However, the jetways have disappeared in both.  I have the complexity slider maxed on both and the latest version of SODE via FSDT.  I know there must me some simple thing I am over looking but it is late and I am at a loss.  I seem to recall having this issue when I first installed this product.

Does anyone have a suggestion or a fix.  I appreciate it.
