Can I use Navigraph AIRAC to update P3D v4?

I'm new to P3D v4. 

Can I use Navigraph AIRAC to update navigation database for default airplanes or other GA airplanes. As far as I know, Boeing and Airbus aircraft use their own navigation equipment (databases) which isn't related to P3D nav data.

To update the core Navdata in p3d you need a tool like FSaerodata (subscription) w/navigraph or Aerosors (Herve Sors, free) Navdata.  FSaerodata let's you use SIDS/STARS with default p3d GPS, Sors update just updates vor/adf/GPS waypoints and ils data.
