I need help with ADE (Airport Design Editor X) I do not do anything and as much with Afcad it was easy I cannot get it with ADE. If someone can explain to me

I have the beautiful scenery  FlyTampa TNCM, and I would like for the landings and takeoffs there is only the runway  10 and close the runway 28
I have FSX in SSD\ program Files (x86)\ \fsx
