V4 - can't disable dynamic autogen

I can't disable dynamic autogen even though it is checked off in the sim. I've tried deleting my CFG file. I'm on the latest hot fix. Any suggestions?

 

Edit: Never mind, this issue seems to have resolved itself, though I'm not sure how.
