EditVoicepack file for wind on takeoff

Hello.

I was hoping someone might be able to help me out.

Quite some time ago Thomas Cain put out some EditVoicepack files for FS9 to add wind info from the tower on takeoff and landing clearance.  I had installed them at the time and thought they were great.  Now, for some reason, it looks like the entries are missing for getting that info on takeoff.  They are still there for landing so I'm not sure what happened.  I was wondering if anyone knew where to still get them because I can't seem to find them.  Or perhaps someone has them installed and can export them for me.

I sent a message to Mr. Cain but haven't heard anything from him yet so I thought I'd ask here.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It looks like there might have been another set of these released at some point by Graham Jackson but I can't find those either.

I think I figured it out.  I had forgotten that this only happens during IFR.  I guess it's been too long.
