Try another browser maybe? Disconnect your internet then reconnect. Are you running a firewall that's blocking it perhaps?It works fine here too.Pyjamas

Thanks for your replies.I have cleared cookies, history, temp files, everything. I have tried to access it using IE and Firefox but I get a 403 error all the time. Apparently I do not have permission to access the server. Could they have blocked my IP or something? I want to buy stuff!!!Rich

Google search "403 error" and you will find reasons and possible steps you could try to figure out where your issue is.

Relatedly, I can never render the FSD site in Firefox. Always have to use IE (the flash/java doesn't get along with firefox). Recently found an extension in firefox that "Open in IE" so less cumbersome now.

FSD site looks the same for me In IE Firefox & Opera. What version of Firefox are you using?
