Strange panning hat switch in aircraft view

Hi,

I have this strange problem:

when panning in virtual cockpit. My hatswitch acts as expected. When I change to aircraft view, I can not pan around my aircraft, my left and right switch just do that: move directional to the left or to the right. The hatswitch is activated in the chase plane control panel. 

 Any advice will be much appreciated
